Refund & Cancellation Policy

Paroksh Sutra sells digital wellness readings and access that are delivered to you instantly. Because of this, purchases are generally non-refundable. This policy explains the few situations where we will help, and how to reach us.

1. Digital services are delivered instantly

When you pay for a scan, a reading (नामाक्षर / Name Analysis, मिलन / Compatibility), a Pay & Go credit, a Monthly plan, or a personal session, the service is made available to you immediately. As these are digital and consumed on delivery, all payments are final and non-refundable, except as set out below.

2. Genuine technical failures

If you were charged but did not receive the service due to a technical error on our side — for example, you were charged twice for the same purchase, or a payment succeeded but the reading did not generate — please contact us within 7 days of the charge. We will review it and, where a genuine failure is confirmed, refund the affected amount to your original payment method.

Please note: an AI reading you simply didn’t enjoy or agree with is not a technical failure — readings are a personal, interpretive experience and outcomes naturally vary.

4. How to request a refund or cancellation

Contact us by email at miniyash@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +91 99104 20043 with your registered phone number, the purchase, the date, and a short note of what happened. We aim to respond within 2–3 business days.

5. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are made to your original payment method through our payment partner, Razorpay, and typically appear within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.

6. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows when.
