Paroksh Sutra offers personal wellness readings that blend Mukha Samudrika Shastra (traditional face reading), Vedic astrology, Ayurveda and modern skin-science perspectives, generated with the help of artificial intelligence. This includes daily face scans, name analysis (नामाक्षर), compatibility readings (मिलन), facial exercises and a chat companion (“Mini”).
These readings are offered as a cultural, spiritual and wellness experience for reflection and enjoyment. They are not scientific fact, fortune-telling, or guaranteed predictions of the future.
Paroksh Sutra is not a medical, healthcare, psychological, financial or professional service. Nothing in the App is a diagnosis, treatment, prescription or professional advice. The AI can make mistakes. Always consult a qualified doctor or relevant professional for any medical, mental-health or other serious concern. Never ignore or delay seeking professional advice because of something you read in the App.
Your phone number is used to identify your account. To keep your account personal to you, the App stores a private “face signature” on your own device only (it is never uploaded). You are responsible for the activity on your account and for the accuracy of the information you provide.
Paid features are shown in the App with their current prices in Indian Rupees (for example Pay & Go, Monthly, मिलन / Compatibility, नामाक्षर / Name Analysis, and the personal session with Mini). Payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay. By purchasing, you agree to the price shown and to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Access tied to a purchase (scans, chats, readings, validity windows) is described at the point of purchase.
The App, its design, brand, emblem, text, readings, prompts and underlying methods are owned by Paroksh Sutra / Minakshi Chaturvedi and are protected by law. The personalised reading generated for you is provided for your own personal use. You retain ownership of the personal information and images you provide.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the App or reliance on any reading. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 30 days before the claim.
We may suspend or end access to the App, or any feature, if these Terms are breached or to protect the App and its users. You may stop using the App at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows when. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Gurugram, Haryana shall have jurisdiction.
